Anyone got a .44 Mag or .44 Spl I could beg, borrow, or steal for a while???I need the one for a barrel not the handgun cylinder type. I guess I COULD get by with the handgun type and ream the throat. Suggestions ???? Email if you can, if you have something I can use: franklinzeman@sbcglobal.net

If no one has one, you can order them from Brownells and from MidwayUSA.

Surely 4d or one of the other reamer rental places have that one to rent.

The reamers should not be interchangeable and I think one would first have to decide what they were chambering.

Franklin,

I have a reamer that I picked up at a gun show. It's marked "44" and appears to have been reground from a 1/2" chucking reamer. The pilot portion fits into a .44 mag barrel nicely. I haven't used it on anything. You're welcome to give it a try if you'd like. Just PM me with you mailing address and I'll get it off to you.
