Found a few good deals on a no. of these and I am considering purchasing one..

# 82062 124 grain RN w/GC

# 82063 124 grain RN

Would like to use in my 9mm as well as in my .38 Specials...was wondering what the "as cast", using WW metal, diameter was, I would need .357"+ for the .38 Specials. Can anyone tell me what their experience has been? In other calibers I've found that they normally run about .001" larger.

If it were me I would be buying them both. Use them and decide which to keep and then sell the other.

My 82063 casts at 0.359 with straight WW alloy.
Tried it in 9mm with good success.

Haven't tried it in 38/357 yet.

Thank you--excatly what I needed....

I have a .38 cal Freecehx tool that I can put to good use: my plan is to use this in my Marlin 1894C Carbine w/Unique powder---I shoot single shot with it so the nose configuration won't be a concern.

Using straight WW what do the bullets weigh.? RCBS molds tend to drop bullets heavier than listed.
