That sounds like a j-word bullet. A cast boolit with such a design would have a very short BT and a rather rounded ogive with fairly large hollow. Sounds like a custom mold candidate.

yes the guy want a mold than dupplicate the j bullet that it 's shooting with his rifle
i think he haven't knowlege of casting,i hope...
