Took my new to me Savage MKII in 17m2 to the range the other day, had 1 box of Hornady and one box of Eley. Hornady had about 50% case splits none with the Eley.
I shot 10 rounds from each box alternating between the Hornady and Eley.
no ftf, one hard extraction(Hornady).
Except for the ammo problem I love this rifle, shoots flat and accurate.
Going to try some CCI ammo next.
