I was wondering if anyone here might have slugged their Beretta M9 barrel. It is the same as the Beretta 92 series pistols, and I was wanting to compare notes. I measured from side to side on the slug and got .356, but was wanting to make sure that's consistent with everyone else.

Also, has anyone had any problems with loading the .357 bullets in a Beretta m9 Barrel?

I slugged my Taurus PT99 (Licenced copy of the Beretta) and got .356 on it too. Boy was I surprised shooting .356 rounds thru it before I slugged the barrel. Didn't even hit on the paper. I now shoot .358 rounds and it gives almost one hole groups.

My 92fs slugs out at .357 so used .357 125 jacketed hollow points. Did this 3 or 4 times to make sure I had the right numbers. My sigp6 will out shoot it any day. Frank

My M92 shoots very well with .357 diam Lee 356-124TC conventional lubed boolits.

Good accy, no leading, feeds and ejects perfectly. Full power loads. One other member
that I know of has had the same results in another brand 9mm with same boolit.

Keep in mind that the whole point of slugging is to find out what YOUR barrel needs.
In the real world, ALL pieces have tolerances and all pieces are slightly different. Just
because my M92 likes .357 doesn't mean yours won't need .358 to be happy.
