I have a .38 special case that is headstamped "Harrington."
Tried to find something on the web but came up still confused. Anyone have any insights to this brand?

I'd guess it's a special run made for the Harrington & Richardson company. Is it .38 Spl or .38 S&W? The S&W is a lot shorter than the Spl, and slightly larger in diameter.

I have a couple of those as well. Mine are .38 Special and physically resemble R-P cases./beagle

It's a .38 Special....I suppose I'll just keep it with my Midway stamped brass, as a curio...

Harrington isn't shown so it must be a real oddity.

If you buy some large quantity of brass, like 10,000 cases - but more likely 100,000
cases they will put whatever headstamp you want on them. So - probably some
company had a run of brass made.
Maybe this is the ULTIMATE group buy. We get 100,000 .44 Mag (or whatever)
cases together as a group buy and have the CAST BOOLIT headstamp put on them!
Anybody want to be a honcho?
