Since I have not found any data on this catirage.
Here's the IMR loading data base which has PB data ... http://www.imrpowder.com/basic-manual-inquiry.html
But a 327 cast bullet is not a typical diameter that shoots in these calibers that IMR recommends for pistol reloads using PB ...

In pistol it yields top performance in target and plinking loads for such cartridges as the 40 S&W, 45 Auto, etc.

The 327 is capable of some pretty impressive velocities. Probably way more than is obtainable with PB.
If I was going to load for this I would shoot for velocities around what the 32 H&R magnum gets with a BHN of about 14 to 20. I had a 32Mag Ruger Single Six and it was a very good cast boolit shooter, but liked hard boolits.
If you don't have a gas checked boolit you can use an inverted gas check under the boolit. If you decide to do this you need to use the gas check while developing all the loads. Let the boolit push the gas check into the case and make sure it is tight enough to not leave a gap between the boolit base and thegas check.

it should be a regular 312 or so diameter.
ww's should get you started, i cut wws with pure for the 44 mag at 1600 fps.
