Rcbs.
Walker,
Neither Lyman not RCBS make one. I enlarged a .431" to size my fat .44 boolits. I understand Buckshot can make one.
Edited to correct wrong size die.

How did you enlarge it?

+1 Buckshot, RCBS does offer them as a SO item, and I think Buffalo Arms stocks them.

How much does buckshot charge?
Well oiled wet/dry paper -- 400, 600, 1200 -- wood dowel split on one end to accept the paper, chuck it in a drill press and have at it. Take your time, there's no hurry. Clean the die often, install it in the lube press, run a boolit through it, and measure. Repeat until you have the size you want.

With wet-dry paper try using Kroil as a cutting oil.
I believe Buckshot will make one up for $28 or $30 shipped. Can't remember directly at the moment.

$28. I think shipping is not included. It's a great time to have one of your moulds HP'd, then combine the shipping. How's that for justification. The Buffalo Arms RCBS are much higher as I recall.
