Does the bullet punch come with the lee kit? Is it size specific?

I does. Not an exact fit but close and you don't need exact anyway for this type of sizing. It comes with a bottle of lube, LLA too.

So you get a different bottom punch with each sizing kit?

Yes it comes as a part of the kit. Once they gave me an extra one. It wasn't the right size for that kit but it still had the right one there too. The pim fits in your press where the shell holder usually would go.

For a basic no frills tool, they work surprizingly well. I've never seated gas checks with mine, but all my TL boolits get run through for consistency.
