Well that was an absolute bust. I go in to the place all wide eyed and ready to poke around scrounging for some lead. I get there and ask the last guy there where all the lino and mono is and he said "We did away with all that 5 years ago and went to digital." I was like :( , oh well the hunt continues.

Last year, a friend who casts them hard bullets was looking for some linotype.
I was at the scrap yard doing my normal looking for sheet lead. Over in a corner was a barrel - Lintotype!
270 lbs at 65 cents/lb - it is now stashed away:D
