We have two molds now from LEE that were spec'd to a cut cavity dimensions. Both are throwing boolits over the spec'd diameter. The 375 GB was spec'd at 0.384" and throws a 0.385" boolit with no nose diameter given to check against. The special order 30 caliber mold was spec'd at 0.316" bands and a 0.306" nose. Diameters given by Buckshot show a 0.318" band and a 0.306" nose. From the results above, whoever does one of these needs to not allow for shrinkage with cut cavity specs as all dimensions either match or are 0.002" over spec. Sometimes boolits are too fat to work without sizing, you can size the bands down if the design allows it, but small crimp grooves don't allow much sizing and a nose that is too large is more of a problem to deal with.
