Yesterday I ran 100 cast bullets out my glock with out any leading. I am running a lone wolf barrel in my 10mm glock. I am fully converted to shooting a mass of cast. Now the cast I shot was not cast by me but by another. Thy shot very well and so I'm loading up another 300 to shoot tomorrow.

Low expectations will do that to ya.

But what ever gets you there is less important than how long you stay.

Congratulations on your new found lack of dependence on expensive copper.

I have a sneaky feeling he will soon be casting his own as it is 2X the fun. Heck I think I shoot just so I can reload.

I also have a Glock with a Lone Wolf barrel. I've been sucessfull with a .40 tumble lube Lee boolit and Lee alox. Smells a little funny at the range, but no leading and acceptable accuracy, so no need to try anything different, for now.

Welcome to the lead addiction...

Colt. 45

I had to laugh at your post. I become hooked when I could load a box of 50, 45ACP for under $2 vs paying for factory at nearly $15-$18. It is even more enticing when you start to shoot calibers that cost $1 or more a round.

If you use a dab of bullseye in yer 38s you can get the cost down to about $1.50 per 50 box.
3 cent or less primers are still available but dang , you gotta wait months and months on backorder.
