You do have load manuals don't you? Most load manuals have the spects in them.

yes i have manuals just none that go back that far the lyman#45 is my oldest.

My mistake. I was confusing it with the S&W long. If you ever run across a Cartidges of the World book. They have a wealth of info in them as well as very interesting. There are allot of used ones out there for cheap.
