A Montana sheep herder checking his flocks came upon a ewe with her head caught in the wire fence. Being rather heavily afflicted with boredom...and lonliness...he began to pass the time with the only 'distraction' available to him other than that provided 'by hand'.

About this time, a real estate agent out of California was driving the back roads looking for empty land to market to folks back home. When he spied the shepherd, he stopped in amazement and shouted, "Hey...Dude...that looks like a blast!"

The shepherd replied that it was something to pass the time, but wasn't all that it's cracked up to be.

The agent, unconvinced, asked if he could get in on the fun.

The shepherd said, "Sure...if you want...just get over on this side, and you can have as much as you want."

The tenderfoot lost no time in jumping the wire and partially disrobing...then stuck his head in the fence.
