Hope it's not too late, I think DavidR prefers Teriyaki flavored jerky over the mesquite smoke. I'll PM his address to you.

David, I am trying, but the women won't leave me alone! And the Wooly Mammouth's grazing permit runs out this weekend! I'll see what I can do.

The weather started bad but the rain broke early. I shot 11 targets with the 1894C. Produced only 4 worth measuring and one is a decent effort worth sending in. These offhand matches are a real challenge!

Off hand tests the shooter, not the equipment.

That is why I shoot cast, Lots of practice with real (centerfire) guns.

David.

Alright,

Just added a set of shots from my 257 Roberts. And you are right it is hard as heck to weave onto the target for a string of ten.

Maybe I should stop drinking so much coffee.......Nope. I'd shake worse without it at this point in my life.

............I was gonna use my Burrito Invitational target from today as it was looking REAL good for the first 3 rounds :-). We shoot for score, BTW. I had 2X's and a 10. Then a 8 high in the ring. In the next 4 shots I clanned up 2 in the 7 ring low, YEESH! Last 2 rounds were both 10's but with that high 8 and those low 7's it'd been a waste of postage.

I'll do one next Wednesday.

I just shot my targets. One with my Savage model 24V in 222, one with my Scoped Stevens 200 in 308, and two with the 1917 enfield. 222 was the best group.

Any more takers?

David,

If I am not already late, IŽll try to send some targets on monday? (If I dare  )
I managed to develope a decent load for my m28-30 last weekend, when I finally got some range time, which have become scarce lately...

I think I wouldn't be the one who would have dropped you off the podium:groner:

I shot some groups but wind blew them all over the paper.

So I decided not to send them, this time. Maybe next time.

And David, sorry for delay.
