Just wanted to get the word out that I'm able to make 8mm gas checks for my LEE boolit using a .4062 disk and a 5/16 drill rod pushing .016 alum. through a .323 LEE sizing die. After using a gas check trimmer made from a 5/16 washer and bolt, they pass the finger nail test and look great when sized. I'm currently gathering up materials in the shop to make the .323 forming die and top guide for the drill rod. It'll look like my 30 cal. GC making kit when I'm done with it. Hope this helps anybody who's trying to figure out the "numbers" for 8mm gc's.
