I stopped by Home Depot and got a bag of sawdust to use as flux since you guys reccommend it so highly. Boy, it works slick as a gut!
I don't have to be concerned about wasting flux now.
I tried to remelt some "oatmeal" but I think I tried too much on one smelt and it didn't rework as well as I wanted. I'm going to dilute it with more good stuff next time.
I'm sold on the sawdust. Yeah it does smell a lot better.
