but I've been reading if for a long time. Very good information here as I have been casting for close to 35 years and have about 100 moulds so I can pretty well know what is true and what is not. Seems like a lot of knowledge here and I hope to be able to learn some new things.

All well,
Dew

Welcome, Dew. Anyone that has been casting that long and owns 100 moulds surely has some sage advice for all of us.

Well, I want to think you all for the nice welcome. I shoot a lot of handguns and mould just about every bullet from 22 through the 45 calibers. I do have a few moulds for shotguns but never play with slugs too much. I guess my favorite to mould is for the Hornet and Bee and some of the .30 caliber slugs.

Best regards,

W

The Hornet and the Bee? Hijo la, you work The Dark Side (22 centerfires) pretty comprehensively!

Welcome aboard, and thanks in advance for bringing your experience to bear on questions that come up from time to time.

I also want to add my welcome, to you, and the other new members. Just because someone is new on a board, doesn't mean they don't have a lot to contribute, and I see you may well be a treasure chest of info. Just jump in anywhere, this goes for all the newcomers. We don't stand on ceremony, or seniority here. Every once in a while, it does us old farts good, to have our ears pinned back.
