44 Mag Universal Clays Powder with 267 gr Cast SWC Help needed

I have been looking online and hardcover books for a load for a 44 Rem. Mag. using Universal Clays powder and a 267 gr. Cast SWC bullet and I am having no luck..

Anybody out there have any assistance please? Many thanks in advance...

Hodgdon's online Data Center has loads for a 270 jacketed bullet that should work quite well for your needs.

Universal Clays is very VERY close to Unique. So if you can find a load using Unique, just cut back a little (Universal tends to be just a hair faster) and you should be fine.

I'm shooting a 265-gr cast bullet in my 44 Special and 7.5 Unique gives me 900 fps, while 7.0 Universal gives 890. Hope that helps.
