Was wondering if anyone knows about the relative strength of the 1889 Marlin in .32-20. I just bought one but really don't know what to think about the strength of this action. It looks like a '94 but then the steel is probaby not as good I was thinking since it is right before the days of smokeless.

Anyway, would appreciate any info.
