Any of you guys that have the promelt i am trying to find the actuall pot size. Inside dia. at top and inside depth.

Have one but I've never measure the pot, just use it. If you really need the measurements, I can measure it tomorrow.

Had to empty my pot today to change alloys. It measured 4in diameter and 5 in. deep to the top. Usable depth would be 4 to 4 1/2 in.

It supposedly will hold 22 lbs. since mine hasn`t seen bottom empty in a while so I can`t say what the internal dimensions are. Speaking of which what is your curiosity in asking?Robert:?:

Robert i was thinking of buying one but would most likely ladel cast most of the time. I am currently using a stainless pot that measures 7" dia. at the top and is 3 1/2" deep. Works real well for me and a ladle.

Anyway i want a good reliable electric pot that i can ladle cast out of with a heat range up to 800 deg.
Does anyone make a good eletric put for ladle casting?

My Lyman Mag 20 has worked well for me for about 10 years. Will go well past 800 and holds temp pretty well.

The best pot to ladle cast with is the Wagge. I have one and most of your BPCR shooters use them also. They are a buy direct for about $150. They are the perfect pot for ladle casting.

I have heard the name Wagge a couple of times but have no ideal of where to get one.Is there a wed site or somthing?
