Why not just get the 324/170 gn mold, size it at .323, then wrap twice with notebook paper, then size to .325?
Mine works best with a proven design, just paper patched.

Drills do NOT drill anything remotely like a round hole, ever.

Ream or lap if you want a round hole.

Lyman's 323470 and 323471 (Lovern designs) also work very well with this technique.

.............You could also use a Lyman, RCBS or Saeco mould intended for the 32-40 (about .322") to patch up to use in your 8mm. But yes you could use a drill bit to bore out the majority of material. And as MtGun44 suggests you'd then use a reamer with which to finish the cavity. Any number of places sell individual open stock reamers. These will run in increasing sizes of 2-3 ten thousandths so you should be able to get very close to what you want.
