I'm thinking about purchasing this rifle. Anyone got any experience with it and would like to share?

Thanks,

F

Are you sure it's not a Model 94 Winchester 32 Special?

Sounds right. Good deer gun?

No, VERY good deer gun. Especially if you reload. The .32 Win will best a .30-30 by 150-200 fps with the same bullet weight. .32 Win's LOVE cast boolits.

Okay now that we have that straightened out, yes it's a very good deer rifle both with jacketed and cast. Great cast rifle, easy to load for and get decent accuracy, plus you can load full power cast loads.I took a nice deer last season with my 32 and cast.

Good morning
My first lever gun was a 32 Win Special. It will do everything the 30=30 will but with that little bit bigger hole.
The only way 30=30 is better to me is the availability of ammo. But I reload my own so that was never a hard point.

If my luck is any indication they are hard to find. I know three people who own them and they all speak highly of that caliber. I have been looking for one for about five years now and have not found one. I do not look at on line auctions as personally I like to see what I buy in a used gun with it in hand.
