overpowder wad lube.

anyone have a pet formula for lubing overpowder wads for a front loading shotgun that they would share?

............Not a shotgun, but in my Rigby and Whitworth I use the same lube I use for the grease cookie. One other thing is that I run a cardwad UNDER the lubed felt wad over the powder.
