What size reamer for GC/BB removal in the lee 2 cav molds? I'd like to remove the bevel base from their .357 158 RF and the gas check shank from the .30 cal "soupcan"? I measured as best I can some of my H&G .35 cal molds and it appears that the mold cavity is .360". I presently have no .30 cal molds. Should I order a .360 reamer for the .35 cal and say a .310 for the soupcan?? I have a good drill press and vise and do not want to shorten either bullet by fly cutting the mold top. Thanks Nick

You'll get some shrinkage with your alloy, .001 - .0015

The bullet that you cast , once cooled will not be the dia. of the reamer.

Take that into consideration when you select a reamer dia.
