Filler for a Garand?

I have had some success with dacron for a filler in my 30-06 rounds for my M-1.

Has anybody used PSB or COW with the M-1? I have a 10 pound package of PSB which I bought for my SMLE but I would like to use it with the M-1. I am concerned about clogged up the gas port and or cylinder with that plastic stuff.

Anybody here every messed with it in the M-1?

I tried 7383 and COW in my Garand, it worked fine. Didn't load it hot enough to crank the action, but it shot well and I didn't find any filler or anything else in the gas system. I use a lot of fillered loads, to avoid having to use gas chcks. As long as you watch your pressures and are careful it works well in cases that don't have too sharp a shoulder.
