I think I have found a mould I have been looking for. It lists as an ideal 360-172-S, I have nmost of that right. What does the S stand for? It is a double cavity mould from the pictures.

S is just used in production. I've heard more than one answer but it is either the person that cut the cherrie or the cherrie ID. Either way it works out pretty much the same thing.

The s is used to identify a mould that was been short cherried. In other words a boolit that is lighter weight than the standard boolit from that numbered mould. Usually they were special ordered as such...Geo
