You didn't say what kind of targets. You can print your own if it's feasable. I get large ones from gun shows pretty cheap.

thanks guys those are good sites not the one i saw but good// the targets we need are paper smallbore rifle and pistol and air rifle mainly but we would like to get some fun targets for informal matches also the local sheriff's dept said if i would be able to get them some b-27 targets when i got the ones for the young people that they would pay the shipping for all/// printing them is not an option due to the cost and number needed/// thanks again

Here you go. It may take a couple of days to wade through everything they have to offer.

Depending on what targets you need the least expensive I know of are from the Civilan Marksmanship Program. CMP has a Target sales program:
http://www.odcmp.com/Programs/targets.htm

For other targets we use National Target
http://www.nationaltarget.com/

Here is the list of NRA licensed target manufacturers with contact information:
http://www.nrahq.org/compete/licensed.asp

If you click on the name of the company a list of the targets they are licensed for will come up.
