does anyone know what winchester choke tubes fit besides winchester? Daryl

I have a butt stock kit for a military rifle. the tube is about 5/8 x 3 1/2. it has a small round hole in the side, a larger round hole on the other side, a narrow slit hole, and a wider slit hole. it contains a combination cleaning rod tip/jag, a nylon bore brush, a pin punch, a small flat wrench, screw driver on one end, notch on the other end and a notch in the side. the cap locks on with a twist. does anyone know what this came out of?
