Help! I am looking for some info, The American Rifleman used to have a supplement to their cast bullet book - which sadly both are out of print - but the supplement had two articles on cast bullets in the .375. If anyone has the supplement I would very much appreciate a copy. Please!
Best regards,
Ted

Don't have the supplement but the Lyman 378674 and 375249 or 375449 are excellent bullet designs. I prefer the 378674 over the others.

Ted,

You might also look at http://www.castpics.net/ and go to the 'Articles by Members' section. There's a good article titled "Cast in the .375 H&H." I'm building a '98 Mauser based .375 H&H right now and intend to shoot the RCBS 250 grain boolits in it, because that's the mold I already have.

Have a CZ and a #1 Ruger, and both digest 375449 plain and Hollow pointed very well. I load up to and including in slightly excess to 2250 for both. The 235 Lee is a decent practice and plinking blt.

"Cast Bullets in Africa: On the Range" and "In the Field"? Got it. PM me your address and I'll get copies sent out on Monday.

If you've not already got them, Paul Matthews did some stuff with cast in the .375, seems like it was in either "Gun Digest" or "Handloaders' Digest." Seem to recall some stuff from back issues of "Handloader" and "Rifle" too.
