I lubed 20 rounds of 30-06 ammo with a 200gr boolit with LLA and 20 rounds of 30-06 boolits with 50/50 and pushed them in my 03-A3 to 2500 + or- a few feet per second. The LLA lubed had no leading, just as the 50-50 didn't , the accuracy was basically the same. The LLA was thinned with mineral spirits and only a thin layer remained on the boolit. Your millage may vary as I have never had any leading in anything I have shot, and it has been at least six years since I have shot jacked bullets.

Was your bullets plain base or gas checked?

Aluminum Gas checked, made from a Fabrez can it is .0027 thick.

That explaines the non leading.

Thanks!!

Proper use of LLA demonstrated. Thinned, one light coat, no leading.
