Whats the technique to get it out easily?

Whats happening that causes it to stick?

I am soaking it in Hoppes right now. It's in the bevel area of my 147gr 9mm Lyman Mold. This is the stuff that drove ne nuts with my Lee Molds as well. It takes forever to slowely pick it out. Maybe I need to do a quick polish of my Mold. It looks perfect to me so i don't want to screw it up.

You might try the Lead Remover & Polishing cloth sold by Birchwod Casey.,

I've used these for years on any surface that has lead on it and it disappears quick!

Beaware that these cloths do not like blueing! It will remove blueing in a heart beat! but for molds, stainless steel and nickel guns this stuff is great!

In your application I'd cut a few squares our of a cloth and rub the snot out of your cavity with one wrapped around the eraser end of a good number two pencil!

Then I'd get a real strong magnifiying glass and see whats going on in that cavity cause lead should not be sticking to it.
