Soft and hard carrying cases?

I took my Kodiak Safari side-by-side rifle shooting yesterday. I ran into a problem. Its side-by-side barrels would not fit my soft and semirigid carrying cases. So I must buy full-length or break-down case.

Because all of my muzzleloaders are hooked breech, I've been using the case I used to haul to 3-gun matches. It is a large discreet case from Blackhawk, designed to carry two long guns in which I used to carry an AR15 and a shotgun. Now I pull the barrels off the muzzleloaders and stick them in gun socks so they don't bang the stocks or sights and just put the stocks on either side of the divider. In one bag I can carry two TC rifle stocks, a few barrels, my drop tube, and small gear in the outside pockets if need be.
