I was at a local Highpower match last weekend. I was talking to another competitor. He was commenting on old loads he had. I told him I was using old powder from the 60's and it worked just fine. He said If I was interested he had lots of older powder he would like to get rid of. After the match I kept him close and went back to his house. He pulled out close to 100 single pound cans of powder. Some of the old square cans and lots Of IMR steel cans. I walked away with 20 pounds for $80. I got 2400, RD, BE, H-110, 296, 4064 and 3031. All unopened, looking brand new!! There were older powders I never heard of.
If any of you are around Upstate New York. I left plenty of 4756, 7625 and other various powders.
