From my Lee 200 RNFP six cavity I am getting boolits at .430. Wanting to try some at .431 I was thinking of beagling but decided to lube some in my .431 die instead of my .430 die. To my surprise the boolits came out of the die at .431. Is this what bumping up is? I am thinking that there is enough force on the boolit to cause it to expand in the larger die. Is this correct?
If so then when I need a boolit a bit larger all I will need is a die .001 larger. How much larger can a boolit be bumped up this way?
