I have the fortune to have a SVI 6" Single Stack.

Unfortunately, I don't have a holster for it. I'm looking for a holster to transport it between stages in Norwegian field shooting competitions. We start firing with the gun held at a 45 degree downwards angle, so no drawing from the holster in competition.

I looking for a holster that rides somewhat low from the hip, as the weather in Norway often requires clothes protecting form rain and/or cold.

I was going to recommend a Blade-Tech, or SideArmor, holster, but something that rides low on the hip...I'm stumped. Maybe something tactical that has leg straps? But then I'm not sure you'll find that for a 6" singlestack.

P.S. Those SVI's are sweet guns!

Nice firearm. I am limited to Para for hi-cap fun.

Try these holsters, they ride pretty low and still quite fast. I have one for a Glock 34 and one for the Para.

Lee W:

Thanks for the link. I'll think I'll order the DOH Tek-Lok SR-Loop holster - if they send to Norway.
