I got a little ham-fisted with a Lee 6 cavity mould the other day and broke the sprue lever clean off.
Not knowing what else to do I e-mailed Lee with my story and a photo.
Less than an hour later I received a reply that they would send a replacement part to me at no charge.
In 3 or 4 days the mailman drops off a fat envelope and I’m back in business.
I have my share of reloading/casting stuff from Lee as well as other manufacturers. There are some “mould snobs” that don’t like their products, but I will keep buying Lee if they have a design I'm interested in.
