Beginning to think Jeff Bartlett is kind of a rip off. He has new, not pulled down, WC872 powder for $120 #8 and Wideners here in TN has it for $69 #8. That's a huge difference. Wideners has it in WC867 also for same price.

What can these powders be used with?

(preferably the 1st two)

In the past I've used 860 surplus in all the rounds you mentioned with good results and particularly good results, as far as burning cleanly, in the 6.5 and 260.

On the left menu click "Research and Data", then select Cast members load data. You will find data for most of the cartridges you listed. This powder will give you good usable velocities at the expense of some barrel trash. The last time I bought it, I paid $32.00/8#, so I deal with the slight inconvenience. The price that Starmetal quoted of $120.00/8#, I would say fuhgedaboutit. Buy a powder that you can get reliably from year to year with easy to find load data...Ray

Thanks for the info! I see mostly 872 info.
I was thinking about Widener's prices BTW not bartlett's
