I've been having fun trying to improve my accuracy with .44 mag revolver using varying loads, different boolits, etc. In my current boolit, the majority are dropping at 238gr (238.0 thru 238.9)

With a boolit in this weight, what is an acceptable weight variance when using it for accuracy, such as hunting, or just trying to get good groups at 50 yards?

Acceptable is to each his own. Yours are less than 1/2 of 1%. Id say that's plenty good.

Very acceptable weight variance, .9 is very good. The boolits not in the majority can be lighter, containing an air bubble, they go back in the pot. Try 10gr of Alliant Unique with your bullet, very accurate for me when sized at .430"
