The Star/Magma requires a little tinkering to get good fill-out. Very small changes in punch depth mean too much or too little lube. Pressure also plays into it. Once setup correctly, you should have little problem w/ any bullet.

it's either heat or pressure depending on what lube you are using.
i'm gonna assume youre using magmas lube try 40 psi and let the heater cycle a couple of times before starting.
i run at about half way on the heater.
for carnuba red turn down the heat about 10% and up the air to around 70.
for jakes [purple or red] turn the heat down just a bit from the magma and up the pressure to 50.
for 50-50 the heat stays low and the pressure goes to about 45.
if you still don't get a good fill you may just have air in the system and need to bleed it out.
there is a brass screw on the side of where the sizer goes just un-do it and pump the handle all the way down.
if the handle don't have a size, stop squeeze lube feel to it you have the wrong set of sizer holes open and need one of the middle two open.
