Well I sold my old 35 and since I have dies, a mold, lotsa bullets, proven loads..... answer, buy a "new" one. Actually not new but an early 77 tang safety model back when Ruger still put good wood on most of their guns. Stock was redone by a professional car restorer, so it's a bit nicer than factory. Anxious to get it back to WY in June and try it out with my NEI 35 caliber that would hold 5 in 1" @ 100 @1900 fps in the old Whelen.
