Decided I had enough Ruger handgun stocks on hand for a while, so I figured it was time to make up some more S&W stocks. The laminated one's are mostly for the competition shooters. Some are obviously finished, others are just fitted to the gun.

Ruger stocks are English walnut, American Black walnut, Cocobolo, Maccasar Ebony, Holly, Bocote, & Bloodwood.

The S&W stocks are English walnut, American Black walnut, Holly & different colors of laminated stocks.

sixshot, That's some good looking work you've done there. I like the shape of stock's on the revolver in the fourth pic from top. Nice job ! FB

Firebricker, those are for the competition shooters, they like them a little bit longer on the bottom, easier to get both hands on them in a hurry! The hunter/sportsman like the Roper style better, like the red pair or the walnut pair.

Thanks, Dick

Nice work. I had never heard of a revolver stock made from holly -- learn something everyday!
