[smilie=2:I just cast lyman 165 grain bullets and they are falling out of the mold at .325. I would like to shoot these at .325 and am wondering if there is a way to attach a hornady gas check without using a sizer or is there an inexpensive way to size these on? May sound like a dumb question but I am a newbie.

PLEASE HELP

What type of sizer are you talking about. You can get a .325 sizer that way it doesn't really size but still presses on the GC. If you don't push them too hard you can shoot them without a GC. Also the Lyman Lubesizer has a GC installation tool so no sizing is needed. There are other ways. Someone will chime in. I have heard of some using glue.

get a .325 or a .326 sizer and use that. should work well, plus help get the lube on it too.

Lyman makes an off the shelf .325 sizer. If you go the Lee route you can lap one out to that diameter from .323 fairly easily or Buckshot on the board here does nice custom dies at a fine price.

Lee alox lube, it crimped on my gas checks perfectly. I made a ram with a piece of steel that fits into a pisol case that I installed on a shell holder.
