I was lucky enough to purchase this Lyman 429649 mold that should cast at 325 to 335Gr with a GC or at least I thought I was lucky since you can no longer get them.

I would like to use this in a .44 Mag Ruger any thoughts on this BOOLIT?

My Go to powders are H-110 and W-296. Thank You :)

Darn, I still can't find a picture of that boolit.
Does it look like the one on the left except in .44?

Not like either one James. It is a bore ride with a single grease groove and a gas check along with a crimp groove.

Can you post a picture?

It's a good bullet, especially for a Ruger. Mine weigh about 338 grains when cast with WW alloy. Make sure you size it all the way up the bearing surface or you might have problems getting the loaded round to chamber. Also, you will probably need to install a taller front sight to get POA and POI to jive.
