Cast bullets in Garand

What is the minimum load of H4895 that will reliably function the Garand? I am intending to use the Lyman 311284 bullet of heat treated WW. I also have the Lyman 311291 availible if needed. Any good info would be appreciated.

The variation I read (http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showpost.php?p=312730&postcount=15) stipulated the toilet paper had to be pink.

This is the same load I intend to test in my Garand's as soon as weather and free-time coincide.
