Alright fellas, I can't seem to find load data for a 45 cal 300 gr gc swc. Any help would be great. I am loading this for a Ruger Super RedHawk with a 9 1/2 barrel. I am casting them out of Lyman #2 for the 45 Colt loads and Linotype for the 454 Casull loads.

I don't really know how fast you want to push it, but if it was me, I'd dump 23 grains of Win 296 or H-110, cap it with a CCI mag primer for about 1200fps and roll on in the .45 Colt.
I'd bump up to 25 grains in the Casull, not that it would make much difference.
FWIW, in the Hogdon manual, it lists 22.2 grn. H-110 with a 300 grn. Speer JFP @ 1198 fps @ 29,900 CUP.

6.5 grains of red dot is a nice load that yields about 850-900 fps for me in a 5.5" bbl 45 LC.
18 grains of 2400 bumps that up to around 1000-1100 fps in the LC.
20 grains in the 454 is a nice medium load. haven't chrono'd it yet though.

20.0gr 296 for the Colt and 30.0 296 for the Casull.

What powders do you prefer?

Powder really doesn't matter, I have 2400 and Lil'Gun on hand. I have worked up a load for a Hornady 240 grain j-word and it seems to do pretty well. I can cut holes at 75-100 yards with it.

I like the Lee C452-300-RF without the gas check. WW heat treated with 22gn of H110.
In my 4 5/8 blackhawk I get 1000 fps.

I use 24.7g of W296, FA Cases, and CC450 primer with a 360g FNGC. Works good, Kicks good!

I saw in "gunloads" that they were showing 30g's of W296 with a 300 grainer
