I've had a RCBS shotshell die for reloading 20 gauge for quite some years. Aside from being slow, it loads some really nice shells that rival factory ones as far as I'm concerned. Well I have been studying them lately and have discovered that the only differences between the gauges are the two crimp bushings and associated crimp plunger, the shell holder, and the sizer bushing. RCBS has quit making these except for the Cowboy shotshell die which is different and devoted to brass cases. A phone call to RCBS found them having no parts what so ever for any of them. So....I made them on my lathe. Loaded some last evening. I now have a conversion setup.
