Speer usually lists reduced loads with most of their loading data,
They list 27.0 th 31.0 gn.s of IMR 4198 for 1720 th 1988 FPS with their 200 gn. spitzer J bullet and a 22" barrel

You might check and see what Lyman lists, or do a search for , 311299,311284.
An OLD lyman book I have lists the following for a 202 gn. 311299 in an 06
11.0 th 21.0 Unique 21.0 = 2000 fps
31.0 3031 = 2000 fps
19.0 th 31.0 4198 31.0 = 2200 fps
24.0 4759 = 2050 fps
25.0 4227 = 2050 fps
24.0 2400 = 2060 fps
WARNING, this data book is from the mid 50's powders change, reduce by at least 15% for your starting loads and work up from there

IF you shoot a lot, you might check with NOE and see if they have any 311299 multi-cavity molds { 3,4 & 5 cavity } left

40-41 gr of H4350 and the 311299 (wd'ed 75/25 ww/pure) gave real good accuracy and about 2k or slightly more in an old Eddystone sporter. That is going from last summers memory as the data is at my B.I.L's house as it is his gun. The load was real "gentle" feeling but was right at m.o.a in his old bubba rifle. He put one in the boiler room of a doe with that load (annealed nose) this fall and made meat with it at 80yards.

IF you WANT printed data you can see and read, try the Cast Bullet Assc. they have a web forum where they list match results to include, rifle chambering, bullet used and powder used. you won't find any manuals except Lyman's $$$ cast bullet loading maual

The rcbs part in the complete reloading manual for the .30-06 springfield shows the 30-180 fn weighing 187 grains for 700x start 11.0=1255fps-max 13.0=1496fps and Unique start 14.5=1479fps and max 16.5=1675fps. It shows for 30-180 sp weighing 175 grains for 2400 start 22.0=1843fps and max 24.0=1986fps. The copywright is 2004, but the rcbs data appears to be 1990. Lyman section gives #311290 208 grains for 700x start 9.5=1172fps and max 12.5=1381fps and 2400 start 19.0=1562fps ans max 26.5=1968fps. Max load pressure for both lyman loads are below 36k c.u.p. hope this helps.
