It would have to be a custom cut mold and sizer. AFAIK, there are no sizer dies made for less than .223 diameter so you are starting from scratch. IMO sizing down from a 224 mold would be close to wiping out the lube grooves. I'd really consider moving up to 22 cal.

IIRC, Veral cut one for somebody on the CBA forum. Never heard how well it worked. Don't know what you'd do for gas checks, maybe fired LP/LR primers reformed? Freechecks?

Found this old thread searching for a mold for my Remington 592 centerfire conversion. Have any of you pursued cast boolits for .204 Ruger? Should work for my gun as well.

Nope getting into swaging this year. Hope to make some out of rimfire brass and give it a try!

I bet LEE will make a sizing die for a .204" bullet, I had them make me a .564" that I tried as a neck sizer die for .50 BMG.
