What top punch

I just received my used lyman 45 in the mail. I want to start sizing some 45acp. Does anyone know the top punch I would need to size the 200grn SWC lee mold. Also, I am looking for suggestions on lube for these same bullets. All responses are appreicated. Thanks.

I used a 1/4" bolt to make a top punch, it works fine for flat nosed bullets. As for lube, check the vendor sponsors at the bottom of the page, if you want to buy it. If you want to make your own, check the stickies in the lube section.

Flat works fine for many different designs. I turned one flat long ago and it gets a lot of use.
